There are several reasons for your dishwasher to leak. Please see if one of the following will solve the problem.
Check the door hinges and seal for damage
The first place to check for the source of the leak is your dishwasher’s door. Years of mechanical movement might have caused the door hinges to become loose or misaligned. Also, check the door seals for any damage or cracks that might be causing the leak. If a seal is loose or cracked, it needs to be repaired or completely replaced. If you suspect this to be the case contact an authorized service agent.
See if the water connections are loose
If you notice water coming from the back of your dishwasher or from under the sink, the cause of the problem might be loose pipe connections. Check the drain pipe, the water hose and valves to ensure they’re well secured. If not, use the appropriate equipment to tighten the connections.
Take advantage of WaterSafe and WaterSafe+
Many Beko dishwashers feature WaterSafe or WaterSafe+ technology. These features automatically cut the water flow from the tap to your dishwasher in case of an overflow or leak.
Consider technical problems
The most common areas for a leak to develop are the seals around your dishwasher’s motor and pump. If no other source of a leak is apparent, it’s reasonable to assume that this is the cause of the problem.
These parts are harder to reach and require the attention of a professional. If you suspect this to be the case contact an authorized service agent.
