INGREDIENTS
- 1 cup of flour
- 500g of pumpkin
- 4 teaspoons of rose water
- ½ teaspoon of saffron
- ½ cup of honey
- 3 tablespoons of ghee butter
- 1 tablespoon of cardamom
INSTRUCTIONS
- Roast the flour in the Beko Air Fryer until it turns golden, approximately 8 minutes at 175°C.
- Peel the pumpkin, boil it until soft, and then strain it.
- Put the boiled pumpkin in a hot pot.
- Add the roasted flour, rose water, saffron, sugar, ghee butter, and cardamom.
- Use the Beko Starlight Hand Blender to mix all the ingredients together slowly in the pot and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
- Serve in small serving bowls.
