INGREDIENTS
- 500g of lamb cubes
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil
- salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon of finely ground black pepper
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 carrots, peeled and julienned
- ½ cup of frozen peas
- ½ tablespoon of parsley, chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the onions and meat over medium heat until golden brown. Add salt, black pepper, and cloves, and braise for a few minutes.
- Add a cup of hot water and simmer until the meat is almost tender.
- In the Beko Air Fryer at 175°C, cook peas and carrots for 10 minutes.
- Combine the cooked peas and carrots with the meat in the pot. Serve the dish with white rice.
