Ingredients:
- 1 zucchini
- 1 egg white
- ¼ cup almond flour
- ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
Step by Step:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C.
2. Cut zucchini in half first, take out seeds with a spoon and slice zucchini 2 cm thick, 4
cm length.
3. Take two bowls. Put egg white one of them, combine almond flour, parmesan
cheese, pepper, garlic powder and paprika on the other bowl.
4. Cover zucchini pieces with egg white first, then cheese mixture.
5. Place zucchinis on baking sheet one line. Bake for 25 minutes.
6. Serve with your favourite sauce. Enjoy!
