Ingredients
For 2 people
● 400 g melon
● 200 ml water
● 10 g oat
● 20 g coconut grater
● 1 tbsp rice flour
● Red currant
Step by step
1. Peel and chop the melon.
2. To Beko Chopper. Add chopped melon with seeds, and water, blend for 2
minutes. Then add the oat and rice flour, process ingredients to combine.
3. Then pour it into the pot you have set on medium-low heat. Add the grated
coconut and start cooking by mixing.
4. When it boils and starts to thicken, cook for another 2-3 minutes, and then
remove from the heat.
5. Pour evenly into serving cups. Let it rest first at room temperature and then in
the refrigerator for 2 hours. Serve with red currants on top. Enjoy!
