Ingredients
- 3 bananas, ripe, large
- 15 g cacao, plain
- 100 g peanut butter
- 10 g coconut grater
Step by step
1. Peel the bananas and cut into several pieces. Place in a large bowl with cocoa and
peanut butter.
2. Mash the bananas with a fork and mix all the ingredients well.
3. Grease baking dish and line bottom of dish with non-stick baking parchment.
4. With the help of a spoon, pour one spoonful into the tray, leaving a space between
them.
5. Bake in a preheated 175°C oven for about 20-25 minutes. Serve after cooling at
room temperature. Enjoy!
