Oven-grilled fruit salad is a delicious, healthy and easy-to-make dish. To make the salad, simply grill the fruit on a preheated grill for a few minutes until it is slightly charred. Then, add the fruit to a large bowl with some yoghurt, honey and a squeeze of lemon juice. Mix everything together and serve. This salad is best enjoyed immediately, but leftovers can be stored in the fridge for a few days.

Ingredients for 2
● 50 g mango
● 50 g pineapple
● 50 g peach
● 50 g nectarine
● 1 cup yoghurt
● ½ cup rolled oat
● 30 g cashew nuts
● 1 tbsp brown sugar
● 1 tsp cinnamon + 1 tsp for top
Step by step
1. Preheat the oven to 250°C. Place a baking tray on the oven with a baking sheet to
preheat either.
2. Mix yoghurt and rolled oats in a bowl and take them aside.
3. Cut fruit bites size. Place in a hot baking tray with cashew nuts, and sprinkle brown
sugar and cinnamon on top—Bake for 10 minutes…
4.. Separate yoghurt into two serving plates. Place grilled fruits on top and serve with
cinnamon. Enjoy!
