Ingredients:

  • 50 g buckwheat, cooked
  • 100 g canned tuna
  • 4 lettuce leaves
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 150 g black-eyed peas, boiled
  • A pinch of salt and black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Lemon slices

Step by Step:

 

1. Wash the lettuce leaves and set aside. in a bowl add the cooked buckwheat, tuna,

hummus, boiled black-eyed peas, olive oil, lemon juice and spices.

2. Then stir gently with a spatula.

3. Put the tuna mixture on the lettuce leaves and serve with lemon slices. Enjoy!
