Ingredients:
- 1 piece haddock fish fillet, 200 g
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 cup rolled oat
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
For the Sauce:
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- ½ sour cream
- 1 tbsp minced pickle
- 1 tsp pickle juice
- 1 tsp parsley
- 1 tsp dill weed
- 1 tsp chives
- 1 tsp garlic, minced
Step by Step:
1. Preheat oven 200°C. Prepare tray with baking sheet.
2. Take tree plates. First one put flour, second one put milk and egg and mix it very
well. The last one put panko, salt and pepper, stir.
3. Take fillet and sprinkle salt and pepper every part. Cut fillet from the long side.
Make minimum 8 sticks.
4. Take sticks to the flour first, toss it nicely. Then dip it in egg mixture, shake it for
extra eggs. Then cover with panko mixture.
5. Place ready sticks to the baking tray. Bake about 20 minutes, until sticks became
golden brown.
6. In a bowl mix all sauce Ingredients, take a side.
7. After 20 minutes share fish sticks to two plates. Place sauce in little cup. Add
some fresh greens and serve it. Enjoy!
