Ingredients
- ⅛ cup raisins
- ⅛ cup prunes
- ¼ cup dried figs
- 1 ¼ cup oats
- 2 ½ tablespoons of toasted sesame seeds
- ⅛ cup chia seeds
- ⅛ cup hemp seeds
- ⅛ cup flax seeds
- ⅔ cup cereal
- 1 cup of milk
- 3 tablespoons of coconut oil
- ½ cup honey
Step by step
1. Preheat the oven to 355°F.
2. Chop the dried fruits.
3. Mix the cereals and seeds.
4. Add the milk, sunflower oil and honey.
5. Pour the mix into a tray and spread the dough.
6. Bake for 30 mins.
7. Cut into squares once it cools.
