Ingredients:
● 1 cup strained yoghurt
● ¼ cup granola
● 1 tbsp almond butter
● 50 g fresh blueberries
● ¼ tsp ground cinnamon
● 1 tsp chia seeds
● 1 tbsp poppy seeds
● 2 tbsp slivered almonds
Step by step:
1. Scoop some yoghurt into a bowl. Feel free to use more or less depending on
whether you enjoy this as a snack or breakfast.
2. Top with your favourite granola and fresh blueberries. Sprinkle with ground
cinnamon.
