· 35 g lentil flour
· 1 large cucumber, roughly chopped
· 2 medium granny smith apples, roughly chopped and cored
· 1 ice cubes
· 2 tbsp chia seeds
· 2 tbsp maple syrup
· 1 tsp grated ginger
· 1 tsp ground cinnamon
· 1 cup water
Preparation
- Add lentil flour, cucumber, apples, ice cubes, chia seeds, maple syrup, ginger, cinnamon, and water to blender container. Cover and blend on high 2 minutes, or until smooth and creamy.
