This Privacy Policy sets out our commitment to protecting the privacy of personal information provided to us, or otherwise collected by us, offline or online, including through any website owned and operated by us (each a Site), or via social media platforms, emails or phone calls. The purpose of this policy is to clearly state how we intend to meet our obligations under the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) as set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the New Zealand Information Privacy Principles (IPPs) as set out in the Privacy Act 2020 (NZ) (Privacy Laws) in relation to the personal information we collect from you.
By accessing, browsing or using any of our Sites or otherwise providing your information to us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by this Privacy Policy as updated. Since this Privacy Policy is subject to change without prior notice, you should check back on this Privacy Policy regularly. All changes are effective from the date of posting the revised Privacy Policy.
Collection of Personal information
The types of personal information we may collect about you include:

· your browser session and geo-location data, device and network information, statistics on page views and sessions, acquisition sources, search queries and/or browsing behaviour; and
· information about your access and use of our Site(s), including through the use of Internet cookies, your communications with our Site(s), the type of browser you are using, the type of operating system you are using and the domain name of your Internet service provider.
We endeavour to only collect these types of personal information directly from you, such as:
· through our Site(s);
· via email correspondence or via phone when you make an enquiry;
· when you register a product with us;
· when you leave a comment or review on our Site(s); or
· via your use of the LMS platform.
However, we may also collect these types of information from you from the following sources that you may be unaware of including:

For information collected via the LMS platform, this information will not be used for advertising, marketing or competition/promotional purposes.
We may sometimes use the personal information we collect for a secondary purpose, that is, for use in a way different from the original reason for collection. We will only do this where the secondary purpose is directly related to the primary purpose, and you would reasonably expect us to use the information in such a way.
Disclosure of personal information to third parties
We may disclose your personal information where:

· disclosure is necessary to achieve the purpose for which it was submitted; or

We may disclose personal information to:

The above may include disclosures to parties located, or that store data, outside of Australia or New Zealand (as applicable to you) and third parties to collect and process data, such as Google Analytics or other relevant businesses. Your personal information will be transferred to our parent company, located in Turkey and may be transferred to our offices in Thailand.
From time to time, we may provide aggregated statistical information about access patterns, navigational techniques, product popularity, etc. to reputable third parties. However, in all instances such information will simply comprise aggregated data and will not include any personal information that identifies any individual.
For information collected via the LMS platform, this information will only be disclosed within the Arçelik Group and its third-party service providers (as listed above), to the LMS platform provider and its IT service subcontractors, or where we are permitted or required by law, or it is in the interests of public safety to do so. This information will be transferred to our parent company, located in Turkey and may be transferred to our offices in Thailand. For clarity, this information will not be used by third party service providers for their own purposes.
By providing us with personal information, you consent to the disclosure of your personal information to third parties who reside outside Australia or New Zealand (as applicable to you). We will not send your personal information outside of Australia or New Zealand (as applicable to you) unless:
· It is necessary (including to provide the personal information to a third party) to provide our goods and/or services to you;
· You have provided your consent;
· We believed on reasonable grounds that the organisation involved would only deal with your personal information in a similar manner to the requirements under the APPs or IPPs; or
· Where otherwise allowed by the Privacy Laws.
Your rights and controlling your personal information

If you have previously agreed to us using your personal information for direct marketing purposes, you may change your mind at any time by contacting us via the details below. You can also request that we erase any personal information we hold about you.
· Access: You may request details of the personal information that we hold about you. An administrative fee may be payable for the provision of such information. In certain circumstances, as set out in the Privacy Laws, we may refuse to provide you with personal information that we hold about you.
· Correction: If you believe that any information, we hold about you is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading, please contact us via the details below. We will take reasonable steps to correct any information found to be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading or out of date.

We will promptly investigate your complaint and respond to you, in writing, setting out the outcome of our investigation and the steps we will take to deal with your complaint. We will aim to ensure that your complaint is resolved within a reasonable time, or the time required by any applicable legislation.
