Ingredient
● 250 g tomatoes, peeled and diced
● 5 g fresh basil
● 1 piece celery stalk
● salt and black, white pepper
● 4 eggs
● 10 g soy sauce
● 35 ml water
● 1 tbsp shredded mozzarella
● Olive oil
Step by step
1.Take the peeled and chopped tomatoes in a pot, add the spices and cook until the
tomatoes have evaporated.
2.Cook it for a while and throw in the basil last.
3.Whisk egg with soy sauce, white pepper and water, using egg wire.
4.Lightly oil a small pan. Pour all of the egg mixtures into the pan and close the lid. Cook
for 5 minutes, open the lid, sprinkle cheese on top and fold the omelette halfway.
5. Reheat the sauce.
6. Serve the omelette on a plate, and add tomato sauce on top. Enjoy!
