Ingredients
- 1 large tortilla
- Sesame seeds
- Pepper
- Salt
- Cayenne Pepper
- 1 boiled egg
- 1 avocado
- 1 tomato
- 150 g spinach leaves
- 50 g rocket
- 200 g cooked chicken
Step by step
1. Season large tortilla with sesame seeds, salt and cayenne pepper as desired.
2. Slice egg, avocado and tomatoes and place those on top of tortilla.
3. Cut spinach leaves into pieces.
4. Shred chicken inside the tortilla.
5. Place ingredients inside the wrap.
6. Role it into a wrap.
