● 80-100 g Onion
● 100 ml Milk
● 500 ml fish stock
● 30-35 g Butter
● 1 canned tuna
● 25 g Garlic
● 110 g Cream cheese
● 200 g Broccoli
● Salt & Pepper
● Parsley
Step by step
1. In a pot heat the butter and add diced onions, sauté for 2 minutes. Then
add broccoli and garlic and continue sautéing for 3-4 minutes.
2. Add fish stock, bring to a boil.
3. Mix the cream cheese and milk well until smooth, temper the cheese
mixture with fish stock the pour all mixture to the pot. Lastly add the fish
pieces and seasonings.
