Yoghurt and Peach
You can prepare this recipe quickly when the children are at school and keep it in the
refrigerator. Your childs meal will be very nutritious with a little patience and, especially,
with this recipe. This recipe is simple to prepare for dinner or to serve to your child after
school.

Ingredients:
- 80 g yoghurt
- 80 g peach
- 50 g acai puree
- 30 g almond milk
For the Topping:
- 1 cup old fashion rolled oat
- ¼ cup raw almond
- ¼ cup cashew nut
- ¼ cup dried blueberry
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Peach slices
Step by Step:
1. Heat the oven 170°C.
2. In a baking tray mix oat, almond, cashew nut, blueberry and coconut oil. Make a
layer on the baking tray. Roast on the oven for 6 minutes. Set aside.
3. Puree the peeled peach and yoghurt.
4. Make a puree again with acai and almond milk.
5. Place peach yoghurt puree bottom of plate, drizzle acai pure on top. Place granola on
side with peach slices and serve. Enjoy!
