Stuffed Dough
Good news for everyone, the weekend has arrived. You may have tried these flavors in many restaurants until now. But you have never tried this, because now you are the chef. You will be shocked when you see what you can do with the ingredients you can easily find at home. Well, its time to get on the bench and put on a show!

Ingredients:
For the Dough:
- 150 g whole wheat flour
- 2 whole eggs
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp olive oil
- 50 ml water
- For the Stuffing:
- 1 onion, chopped
- 50 g walnuts, crashed
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
For the Top:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp paprika
Step by Step:
1. Firstly, make the dough. On the counter pour the flour, make a hole middle of the
flour and crack the eggs in that hole. Add salt and olive oil. Beat eggs with a fork and
slowly mix flour. When it’s bland out the fork and knead with hand for 5 minutes
until dough became smooth. Wrap with moist kitchen cloth. Rest unless for 15
minutes.
2. For the filling melt the butter in a pan. Add onion, sauté until became golden brown
then add crashed walnuts for 3 minutes. Take a side, add salt and pepper.
3. Sift flour on counter then roll up the dough. Not too thin, dough should be removed
easily.
4. Cut the dough round shape to 8 pieces. Put 1 tbsp walnut mixture on one side of
pieces. Fold over the empty side. They should look like half-moon.
5. Boil 500 ml water on stove add 2 tbsp salt in it. Add pasta pieces to water and boiled
for 4 or 5 minutes to taste.
6. In a saucepan melt 2 tbsp butter. When butter start to become brown turn of the
heat and add the paprika.
7. Share pasta pieces to two serving plate. Pour hot butter on top of pastas. Serve with
fresh greens. Enjoy!
