Ingredients:

  • 2 large potatoes
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • 1 tsp fresh rosemary
  • 300 g spinach
  • 200 g cream
  • 75 g parmesan

Step by Step:

 

1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

2. Cut the potato into cubes. In a large bowl toss potato piece with butter, paprika, salt,

thyme and rosemary. Place them on skewers and roast on the oven for 30-35

minutes.

3. Clean the spinach and sauté it. Then reduce the cream with parmesan.

4. Serve it with roasted potatoes. Enjoy!
