Ingredients:
- 50 g low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tsp honey
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 300 g oyster mushroom
- Slice of bread
Step by Step:
1. Combine soy sauce, hoisin, rice vinegar, honey and smoked paprika and mix.
2. Add the halved oyster mushroom into the mixture and marinade overnight.
3. Preheat the oven to 130°C. Put the mushrooms from the mixture, drip the
marinade and add the mushrooms to the baking tray.
4. Let the mushroom dehydrate for 30 minutes.
5. Serve with your favourite kind of bread and fresh greens. Enjoy!
