Ingredients:
- 400 g chickpeas
- 100 ml lemon juice
- 150 ml olive oil
- 1 tsp coriander
- 5 cardamom pods
- 1 tbsp toasted pine nuts
- 1 tsp sumac
- 1 dried chili pepper
For the Topping:
- Leek
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- Tortilla
- 1 tsp paprika
Step by Step:
1. Boil the chickpeas. Drain the chickpeas, then place them in a food processor along
with the lemon juice, olive oil, tahini, ground coriander and cardamom pods, dried
chili pepper and sumac. Blend until smooth – add some chickpea juice if it seems a
little dry.
2. Check the seasoning and add more oil and lemon juice to taste. Set aside.
3. Chopped leeks longitudinal and cut tortilla triangle shape. Toss tortillas with olive
oil and paprika.
4. In air fryer fried leeks in 130°C for 2 minutes. Then add tortillas and fried for 4
minutes.
5. Serve hummus on bowl top with toasted pine nuts, leek crisp and fried tortilla.
