Ingredients:
- 150 g grated carrot
- 70 g rolled oat
- ½ cup walnuts
- ½ cups almond
- 4 date paste
For the Topping:
- 50 g dark cholate
- 1 tsp sea salt
Step by Step
1. Preheat oven to 180°C.
2. Combine ingredients in a bowl. Rest for 10 minutes. Line an 8×8 baking dish with
parchment paper and bake for 30 minutes. Rest for 10 minutes.
3. After rest time take out to cutting board and slice.
4. Melt the cholate in bain-marie, dip carrot slices’ one corner to cholate, place in tray
again and sprinkle sea salt.
5. Freeze for 3 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
