Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 25 g oatmeal
- 1 ripe avocado
- 25 g peanut butter
- 1 tbsp coconut Flour
- 8 seedless soft dates pitted
- ½ tsp of baking powder
- 2 tbsp of cottage cheese
- 2 ripe banana
- 40 g blueberries
Step by step
1. To a food processor, add all ingredients except blueberries. Then mix ingredient
until homogeneous.
2. Pour the resulting mixture into muffin molds. And shake lightly to get air.
3. Bake in a preheated oven at 150ºC for 20 minutes. Rest until cool down. Enjoy!
