Bowls are now a part of our meals. In the past, we used to arrange all the dishes on the table on separate plates. Then we would collect the dishes from the table for hours after the meal. Now bowls save our lives.In this recipe, well use ingredients that come together to create the perfect meal. Especially the pineapple will be the star of this bowl.

Ingredients:
- 1 whole pineapple
- Brown sugar
- Cinnamon
- 100 g Basmati rice
- 150 ml water
- 80 g chickpeas, ready to use
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup cilantro, chopped
For the Sauce:
- ½ cup tahini
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 tsp garlic
- Salt
Step by Step:
1. Rinse the rice and pour in a pot. Add water bring it to a boil, low the heat and cover
with a lid. Simmer for 12 minutes, turn off the heat and rest for 10 minutes. Before
the rest time drain chickpeas and add to the rice but don’t stir.
2. Preheat oven 200°C on grill option. Put baking sheet on baking tray and place oven
for preheat the tray either.
3. Peel the pineapple, cut them ½ inch sticks, take the tray from oven place pineapples
on tray. Sprinkle brown sugar and cinnamon on top. Grill for 8 minutes until sugar
gets melt and bubbly. Take out from oven and rest.
4. For the sauce, blend all Ingredients until smooth texture on blender. Take a side.
5. Mix rice and chickpeas on the pot. Take two bowls you like. Place rice mixture, top of
the place grilled pineapple and cucumber. Drizzle sauce on top of them and sprinkle
cilantro on top. Enjoy!
