Ingredients:

  • 200 ml soy milk
  • 50 ml coconut oil
  • 150 g hazelnut flour
  • 50 ml olive oil
  • 50 g raw almond
  • 15 g fresh mint
  • 1 tsp salt
  • Cardamom
  • Lemon grass

 

For the Topping:

  • Half avocado for 1 cup
  • 150 g peas
  • 100 g raw almond
  • Dill and parsley

Step by Step:

 

1. Soak raw almonds in warm water and peel them.

2. Start by melting the coconut oil in a saucepan and add hazelnut flour.

3. When its texture is like bechamel sauce, add the peeled raw almonds into the sauce

and mix.

4. Add the spices to the sauce and remove from the heat.

5. Get avocado, peas and unripe almonds ready for consumption.

6. Mix avocado, un almonds and peas in a bowl with olive oil, fresh mint and thyme.

7. Finally, place sauce on bottom and add avocado mixture on top. Serve with fresh dill

and parsley. Enjoy!
