● 200 ml almond milk
● 100 ml soy cream
● 100 g vegan white chocolate
● 20 g lemon zest
● 50 g oat
● 50 g chopped pistachios
● 25 g blueberry
● 25 g blackberry
● 25 g raspberry
Step by step
1. To a saucepan. Add almond milk and soy cream and mix.
2. Add the chocolate to the mixture that is starting to heat up.
3. Remove from heat after the chocolate has melted. Add 20 grams of oats, 20 grams of
pistachios, lemon zest and mix.
4. When mixing is finished, divide into bowls.
