Ingredients
- 150g pineapple
- 1 cucumber
- Apple chunks
- 5 fresh mint leaves
- 50ml coconut water
- 1 lime
Step by step
1. Cut pineapples, cucumber and apples.
2. Put the ingredients in a blender.
3. Add the lime juice and coconut water.
4. Mix until puréed.
