INGREDIENTS

 

  • 500g of lamb cubes
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 ½ tablespoons of olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon of finely ground black pepper
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 carrots, peeled and julienned
  • ½ cup of frozen peas
  • ½ tablespoon of parsley, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

 

  • Heat the oil in a large pot and brown the onions and meat over medium heat until golden brown. Add salt, black pepper, and cloves, and braise for a few minutes.

 

  • Add a cup of hot water and simmer until the meat is almost tender.

 

  • In the Beko Air Fryer at 175°C, cook peas and carrots for 10 minutes.

 

  • Combine the cooked peas and carrots with the meat in the pot. Serve the dish with white rice.
