Make sure that your appliance is plugged into a working outlet. If your microwave is still not working, see if one of the following will solve the problem.
Keep the door closed
Your microwave won’t start running if its door is not securely closed. Make sure that the door is closed firmly.
Consider technical problems
A previous problem like low voltage may have stopped your appliance. If it won’t start again, try unplugging it. Wait for 10 seconds and plug it in again.
If the problem continues, your microwave might have a technical problem. If you suspect this to be the case, contact an authorised service agent.
