One Tray Crispy Fish Meal

Ingredients:
- 2 pieces sea bream fillets
- 1 potato
- 4 pieces green beans, stems cut off
- 1 carrot
- 100 g broccoli
- 1 red bell pepper
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 cup cornmeal
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Fresh greens
Step by Step:
1. Preheat oven 230°C.
2. Cut the potato, carrot and bell pepper as bite size you like.
3. In a bowl make batter with milk, flour, eggs and salt. In another plate mix cornmeal and spices.
4. Prepare baking tray with sheet.
5. Firstly, take fillets and cover with cornmeal mixture. Place them middle of the tray.
Then take vegetables one by one dip on the batter, and cover with cornmeal
mixture. Place vegetables tray around the fillets.
6. Bake everything for 20 minutes. Serve with ranch sauce. Enjoy!
