Ingredients:
● 600 ml coconut milk
● 150 g rolled oats
● 80 g chopped walnut
● 120 g chopped dates
● ½ tsp honey
● 1 tsp cinnamon
Step by step:
1. Bring the coconut milk to a boil. Add the oats, walnuts, dates and cinnamon.
2. Reduce heat to medium. Cover and cook for 5 minutes, stirring once or twice.
3. Remove from heat and let stand for 2-3 minutes before serving.
4. Sprinkle dates, walnuts and drizzle honey on top and enjoy it. As we mention before
