Ingredients:
● 60 g spinach, break with hand
● 30 g celery stalk, chopped
● 1 cucumber, medium chunks
● 50 g curd cheese
● Lemon zest
● Purple basil, finely chopped
● 1 egg, boiled
● 1 tbsp olive oil
● Salt and pepper
Step by step:
1. Mix spinach, celery stalk, and cucumber in a bowl.
2. Add curd to it and mix well.
3. Add lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste, and mix nicely.
4. Serve with chopped basil and hard-boiled egg, and drizzle olive oil on top. Enjoy!
