Ingredients
● 1 medium cucumber (diced)
● 1 large pear (cored and diced)
● 120 gr low-fat plain yogurt
● 50 ml milk
● 2 ice cubes
● ½ tsp honey
Step by step
● Peel it and remove the seeds from cucumber. Dice the cucumber and pear.
● Pour milk and add yogurt in a blender jar.
● Add pear and cucumber pieces, ice cubes and honey.
● Blend until smooth texture and serve. Enjoy!
