Make sure that your appliance is plugged into a working outlet. If your microwave is still not heating the food properly, see if one of the following will solve the problem.
Close the door properly
Your microwave won’t start running if its door is not securely closed. Make sure that the door is firmly closed.
Check the cooking duration
If your microwave is equipped with timer controls, be sure to set enough time for your appliance to heat up the food.
Consider technical problems
If the problem continues, your microwave might have a technical problem. If you suspect this to be the case, contact an authorised service agent.
