Ingredients
● 1 large green apple
● 125 ml water
● 40 g raw cashews
● 120 g baby spinach leaves or chopped spinach
● 10 ice cubes
● 1 tbsp pure maple syrup
● 1 ½ tbsp fresh squeezed lemon juice
