Ingredients:
1 tbsp honey,
1 tsp ground cinnamon,
4 eggs, lightly beaten,
30 ml milk,
8 slices rye bread,
3 tbsp butter or olive oil,
Step by step
1.Whisk milk and eggs in a shallow bowl.
2. Put the honey and cinnamon into the bowl and mix them.
3.Dunk the rye bread in the egg mixture, soaking both sides.
4.Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
5.Add bread slices, and cook until brown. Turn and cook other side.
6.Repeat with the remaining butter and bread.
