Ingredients.
● 2 capias pepper, dice
● 1 onion, dice
● 1 carrot, dice
● 1 potato, dice
● 2 clove garlic
● 1 tbsp tomato paste
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 400 ml vegetable stock
● 1 tsp paprika
● 1 bay leave
● 1 tbsp salt
● 1 tsp pepper
● 2 lemon slices
Step by step
1. Heat the olive oil in a pot. Sautee onion, carrot, garlic and tomato paste in order.
2. Then add capia peppers and spices, sauté for 2 minutes.
3. Pour vegetable stock on top, add potato and bay leave. Bring it to a boil, reduce the
heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Take out bay leave from pot and blend everything with blender.
5. Serve with olive oil and lemon slices. Enjoy!
