Ingredients

● 500 g Chestnut

● 14 ml Olive oil

● 100 g Onion

● 200 g Celery

● 250 g Potato

● 400 ml Rice milk

● 600 ml Hot water

● 5 g fresh rosemary, chopped

Step by step

1. Boil the chestnuts by soaking them in water and scratching them.

2. Cut the onion, garlic, celery, potato into cubes and fry in olive oil.

3. Add boiled chestnuts to vegetables, add rice milk and water and cook for 20

minutes.

4. Serve sprinkled with rosemary. Enjoy!
