Ingredients
● 1 ripped avocado
● 1 cucumber, grated
● 1 tbsp ginger, grated
● 1 clove garlic, minced
● 2 tbsp lime juice
● 1 cup cold water
● 4 ice cubes
● 1 tsp salt
● 1 tsp white pepper
● 1 tbsp cilantro, chopped
● 1 tbsp scallion, chopped
For the topping;
● 1 red chili pepper, roundly cut
Step by step:
1. Blend avocado, cucumber, ginger, garlic, lime juice, cold water, salt and pepper in
chopper until smooth texture.
2. To two serving bowl, add ice cubes pour cold soup on top.
