Beko Indonesia has proven the strength of its customer care team by winning The Platinum Award for The Best Teamwork Contact Center of Small Organization Category on last September 2023. This 17th “The Best Contact Center Indonesia - TBCCI” competition was annually organized by the Indonesia Contact Center Association (ICCA), an experts and professional’s organization which empowers the role of contact center in Indonesia as service center to support economic growth, culture and social in south east-Asia, with forming the quality of preeminent human resources and competitiveness.
The Best Contact Center award is divided into three main categories; Individual, Teamwork and Corporate Program, Beko Indonesia participated in the Teamwork Category for Small Organization (less than 100 agents), against 143 other companies. The competition was held over a span of two days where participants had to present and go through interview tests by a panel of judges. Beko Indonesia contact center who outsourced to PT Jaring Sinergy Mandiri, persevered and came in first place with Platinum Award beating other prestigious companies in the category such as; Bank Indonesia for Gold Category, Nobu Bank for Silver Category and P-Gas-N for Bronze Category. We hope that this award will strengthen Beko’s commitment in not only providing Indonesian consumers with the best product but also the best after sales service.
