INGREDIENTS
- 5 medium sized fresh tomatoes
- 4 garlic cloves
- 4 fresh basil leaves
- ½ medium sized onion
- 400ml of chicken broth
- 1 pinch of dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
Chicken Broth:
- 5 medium sized fresh tomatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
Chicken broth
- Wash all the chicken bones with cold water. Roughly cut the vegetables and cover them with cold water. Simmer the mixture in a pot for about 4 hours, then strain.
Tomato soup
- Halve your tomatoes and place them in the Beko Air Fryer along with the garlic cloves. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and roast at 200°C for 12 minutes.
- Cook sliced onions in a large pot with olive oil over medium heat, stirring occasionally. Check every 5-10 minutes until they're sweating.
- After roasting, let the tomatoes and garlic cool for 10 minutes. Transfer them to a pot and blend using the Beko Starlight Hand Blender until smooth. Add basil and roasted onions, blend again.
- Return the blended mixture to the pot, heat on medium low, and add chicken broth, oregano, and salt and pepper to taste.
- They can't transfer them into hand blender because hand blender doesn't have a jug. In the shootings we used hand blender in the pot, so we need to change the wording
