INGREDIENTS
- 3 potatoes
- 3 beetroots
- 1 torpedo shallot
- 8 round shallots
- ½ sweet onion
- 5 tablespoon of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of salt
- 1 tablespoon of pepper
- 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon of rosemary dry / fresh
INSTRUCTIONS
- Cut the veggies into cubes and place them in a bowl.
- Add the spices and mix well.
- Place the seasoned veggies on a sheet of baking paper.
- Cook in the Beko Air Fryer for 30 minutes at 200°C, flipping the vegetables every 5 minutes.
