Ingredients
● 2 tbsp olive oil
● 80 g onion
● 1 clove garlic
● 60 g bulghur
● 1 medium carrot
● 1 tablespoon pepper paste
● 50 g red lentil
● 50 g green lentil
● 2 medium green pepper
● 1/2 lemon
● 1 L chicken stock
Step by step
1. Fry onion and garlic in olive oil.
2. Add the pepper paste and fry.
3. Add the lentil, carrot, hot chicken stock and put the bulgur and green pepper close
the cooking of the lentils.
