Ingredients:
- 1 cup blueberries
- 2 Avocados, ripe
- 8 Dates, large
- 10 ml Olive oil
- 50 g Oat
- 100 g carob powder
- 200 ml warm water.
Step by Step:
Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes.
Then put it in the food processor. Add blueberries, oat and avocado. Continue blend until it becomes puree.
Put the puree in a large bowl and add the olive oil and carob powder start kneading.
When all the ingredients are homogeneous, form balls of the desired size with your hands.
Cover the balls with chia and flax seed. Enjoy!
