Ingredients:
- 100 g celery
- 50 g potato
- 100 g leek
- 50 g carrot
- 100 g eggplant
- 100 g cauliflower
- 50 g chickpeas, boiled
For the Sauce:
- 200 g yoghurt
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tsp sumac
Step by Step:
1. Cut vegetables into cubes.
2. Bring it to a boil 500 ml water in a pot. Place steamed basket and steamed
vegetables for 10 minutes. Sprinkle salt and pepper on top.
3. Combine dip ingredients in a bowl. Set aside.
4. To two serving bowl, place vegetable on bottom with boiled chickpeas first. Then
pour yoghurt sauce on top and serve it. Enjoy!
